The BAETS 2021 Annual Meeting Congress Dinner will take place at the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds, in the Wellington suite.
Time: Drinks reception at 7pm, followed by dinner at 8pm.
The Royal Armouries has three museums in the United Kingdom, the White Tower at the Tower of London, Fort Nelson near Fareham and the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds. This is a purpose built museum that opened in 1996 and now holds the majority of the National Collection of Arms and Armouries, one of the oldest and largest collections in the world.
The Royal Armouries is located close to the city centre on the bank of the River Aire in a modern waterfront development with amazing views of the docks. The drinks reception is to be held in the Tournament Gallery, which is an impressive gallery display of fearsome weapons and special armour developed for tournaments over previous centuries.
